Patron of the New offers a curated selection of luxury items and accepts returns on eligible merchandise within 14 days of the delivery date. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and security seals intact.

Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original designer packaging and secure them inside a sturdy shipping box to ensure the product arrives at our boutique undamaged.

  Ship Your Return

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please ensure you obtain a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
